Detailed Workflow
Quotation
- Quotation request through contact form or by mail
- Within 2 working days, you receive your quotation and a free technical drawing of your signs to present to your client and improve you sales rate
- Quotation phase duration : up to 2 working days
Production
- Once you confirmed the order, please make a downpayment of 70% of the products to launch the production
- When the products are finished, we will send you pictures of the signs. Please confirm and pay the balance (30% + transport costs) so they will leave the factory
- Production phase duration : 5 to 10 working days
Delivery
- We are in charge of the transport. Dealing with us will be as easy as with any other local company. We will send the signs through DHL, the fastest delivery service.
- Your signs will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days.
After-sales service
- There is a 2 years warranty for all the products.
- You can contact us whenever for support.
