We are specialized in manufacturing acrylic LED letters, with and without illumination. They are a premium and fully customizable product in light effect, size, shape and color, so they will satisfy the requirement of everyone's project!

Our manufacturing process involves top quality LEDs embedded within a high luminance resin, making the product waterproof, dustproof, and shock resistant. The LED sign letters' raw-materials come all from well established brand.

CNC Laser cutter machine can be used so we are able to cut sharp edges in when needed.
4 layers of paint for the cleanest end-result: white to reflect the light, black to opacify, and 2 of the requested RAL or PANTONE color charts.

The light-effect you want. Since acrylic is a translucent material, we just have to opacify the parts of the letters from where we don't want to see light emitted.
Any light color is available. We will articulate the color of LEDs, acrylic, and foil in order to get your requested color.
No maintenance. Our signs are made with high quality raw materials and groundbreaking processes.
Acrylic signs of all sizes can be manufactured. As a matter of fact, we have produced illuminated letters smaller than a cigarette !
When illuminated, acrylic signs range from 20mm to 40mm thick. The standard size is 30mm, ensuring an aesthetic 3D effect and uniform illumination.
Non-illuminated acrylic signs can be produced from 2mm thickness.
Our LED letters have a IP65 waterproof index. They won't suffer from harsh weather conditions. The MEANWELL drivers we provide with the products are also waterproof.

This illumination type provides a luxury-effect on the LED letters it is associated to. However, the minimum stroke width is the biggest of all signs, since 2cm minimum are needed to ensure an homogeneous illumination. To overcome this difficulty, we can also produce in partial side light. We suggest to paint the non-lit side like the front, or the sign's support.
